  1. Adult Level 1No experience in swim lessons new to swimming. Is able to put face into water.Target age 15 years or older
  2. Adult Level 2Be able to swim 20m Freestyle with an understanding of rolling to breath, 20m Backstroke kick with no board.Target age 15 years or older
  3. Adult Level 3Be able to swim 25m Freestyle, 25m Backstroke, 25m Breaststroke, have an understanding of butterfly. Must be comfortable in cold water lap pool.Target age 15 years or older
