  1. Junior SquadFifth level in School Age programme. Must be able to do 4 x 20m Freestyle, 4 x 20m Backstroke, 2 x 20m Breaststroke kick good technique, 20m basic butterfly kickTarget age 5 to 13 years
  2. NZSL Swim LessonsA 15 minutes lesson with a teacher who offer NZ Sign language swim lessons.Target age 3 years or older
  3. Fast TrackFast track lessons are intensive 15-minute sessions and swimmers that benefit from one-on-one attention. Swimming instructors can tailor the lesson to suit each swimmer. The teacher can work on a certain skill that may be holding the swimmer back.Target age 3 years or older
  4. Semi Private LessonsSemi Private lessons are intensive 15-minute session for 2 swimmers of similar ability (siblings or friends). Lessons are tailored to suit each swimmer and because these are only 2 swimmers the instructor can work more on certain skills.Target age 5 years or older
  5. Sensory30 min one on one lessons with a Sensory enviroment. No music, lights and private use of the learner pool. These lessons are tailor made to childs needs and ability.Target age 3 years or older
