  1. TurtlesNo experience in swim lessons new to swimming lessons or moved up from Pre School Starfish and Seahorse programme. Focus on Freestyle kicking independently in superhero position, Freestyle straight arm circles with board, Kicking on back with board.Target age 5 to 9 years
  2. OctopusSecond level of School Age programme. Must be able to do 6 straight arm circles freestyle with a board. Can kick on back with a board. Can unassisted float on front and back.Target age 3 to 9 years
  3. DolphinsThird level of School Age programme. Must be able to do 10m Freestyle breathing cycles with a board. 10m Freestyle without a board in superhero catch up. 6 straight arms on back with a board.Target age 5 to 9 years
  4. SharksFourth level of School Age programme. Must be able to do 4 x 15m catchup freestyle with good breathing and no board, 4 x 15m Backstroke with no board.Target age 5 to 9 years
  5. Waves Class (Pre Squad)This is a beginner group for children over the age of 10 years old. No experience in swim lessons or fit into our Turtles – Sharks levels and don’t want to swim with younger children. Focus on Freestyle bilate breathing, Backstroke, Breaststroke KickTarget age 10 to 13 years
